I am so tired. Really tired. I shouldn't be, but I am.
It's my first day in the UK now, and I haven't done much...
yet I am tired.

It must be all the excitement! And the long journey.



So far I have become somewhat familiar with the local shop.
Finding anything took ages, though. Everything is new...
I'm getting rather comfortable in my new tiny room. And it really is tiny,
but now that I've unpacked most of my things, it feels, well, less small, and rather cosy I might add
I've got a full overview of the street where I'll be spending the next year,
and behind there are some lovely rolling green hills.


I expect I shall be off exploring the next few days. Maybe find a map, take some photos.
As I arrived late last night, I couldn't see much of it. There are street lights (of course),
but my mind was more set on finding the house rather than exploring. Especially with heavy luggage...
Haha, I actually have sore muscles from dragging those bags around.
The little I did see while on the coach from the airport looked very nice.
I am positive I'll like it here. The very chatty woman I was sitting nest to on the coach
was sure I would just love it. I am looking forward to seeing the Roman baths, and I did see some
wonderful churches that I think I'll have to have a closer look at. Lovely architecture, that's for sure.


Now I think I'll relax a bit. Maybe make my room my own. Hang something up on the wall perhaps?
I also hope this headache will go away. I think I need more water...
